He has performed and taught throughout the United States, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Latvia, Spain, Ecuador, Canada, and Mexico. He has worked with or performed the works of the late Gus Giordano, Margo Sappington, Christopher Huggins, Jon Lehrer, Mia Michaels, Liz Imperio, Randy Duncan, Tony Powell, Ron De Jesus, and Davis Robertson, among many others.Įlijah also had the privilege of guest performing with Instruments of Movement, Cirque River Dance Theater, and Specialty Tap Chicago, to name a few. Gibson joined Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago in 2000, where he performed for eight years. He received his Masters of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Gibson is overjoyed to have joined the faculty of his Alma Mater at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography. Eboni is excited to be one of the guest teachers for “Gotta Dance” week.Įlijah Gibson is a teacher and choreographer in demand from San Diego, California, where he attended San Diego School for the Performing Arts. More recently, Eboni has transitioned from dancer to choreographer, working as a choreographer with the Fort Worth Opera, Cincinnati Opera, and Atlanta Opera. Her award-winning short film Grace was featured in over 10 film festivals and aired on local TV stations in over 25 cities. Not only does she have a love for dance but she’s also an actress and filmmaker. She considers herself an action figure.she keeps it moving. Eboni has danced for Celine Dion to Cirque du Soleil to the Los Angeles Opera, to name a few. She has had a successful dance career in the commercial and concert world. Originally from Austin, Texas, Eboni currently lives in Los Angeles, California. She is so excited to work with all the fabulous dancers at Canyon Ranch! Tera-Lee has also performed live with Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Kanye West, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Gloria Gaynor, The Lonely Island Boys (Featuring Akon), and Brian McNight. Some of her favorite shows and experiences include American Dance Machine with Wayne Cilento, Mamma Mia! on Broadway (Dance Captain), Hot Feet on Broadway where she worked with Maurice Hines, The National Tour of Spamalot (Dance Captain), The Wiz at La Jolla Playhouse, Swing! The Apollo Theatre's Club Harlem, and working with David Parsons on the Festival of Music in San Remo, Italy.įilm/Television credits include The Smurfs Movie, Dark Horse, Old Dogs, Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and Fashion Rocks. Tera-Lee made her Broadway debut with Urban Cowboy the Musical. She is on the teaching faculty at Steps on Broadway, Marymount Manhattan College, Musiktheatre Bavaria, CAP21, and Equinox. Tera-Lee Pollin is proud to be a part of American Dance Machine, which received rave reviews at the Joyce Theatre, NYC, last year.
